Last week I upgraded my Orkut App for benefit of all the users. The app previously used to show only my Blog feeds coupled with adsense. Now I have mashed the app with my Google Reader shared items. So you can not only see my blog links but also other interesting links. Weekly stats of the app is also quite decent. More than 100 users have this app in their profile.

Congrats. I displayed adsense for 2 months and made just $ 5 after about 5000 pageviews so took off the ads.

I started getting good clicks when I wrote some articles on hot tpoics. That did the trick. You too can try that.

afaik, In google's eligibility criteria its nowhere written that content/site must be atleast 6months older.
All I did was registered for adsense, submitted my blog. Got it approved within few days. Normal procedure.
Your site seems good mix of content. Google shouldn't find any reason to dis-approve it.. :)

Here is something for all you to google...
Google "google check" under google image and you will see that the client id on the check is the same client id number for most of the checks not to mention that the dates are almost all the same...LOL!
